Will you be there for the rehearsal?
Yes! I will be there to lead and coordinate your rehearsal, ensuring everyone knows where they need to be and what to expect on the wedding day. If you would like assistance planning and organizing the rehearsal itself—including scheduling, logistics, and communication—this service is available as a separate add-on.
Can I customize a package to fit my budget?
Yes. After an initial consultation, we’ll tailor a service mix that aligns with your priorities while respecting your financial parameters.
When should I hire a wedding planner?
The sooner, the better! Hiring a planner early in the process allows you to take full advantage of professional guidance, vendor recommendations, budget management, and planning support from the very beginning. This is especially beneficial for Full Planning and Partial Planning clients, as it helps create a smoother, more organized planning experience and can save you time, stress, and costly mistakes along the way.
Do you travel for weddings?
Absolutely! While I’m based in Northern Kentucky, I love traveling to celebrate with my couples. I’ve had the pleasure of planning and coordinating weddings in Oklahoma, Texas, Colorado, and Tennessee, and I’m always excited to add new destinations to that list. Whether you're getting married close to home or planning a destination celebration, I’d love to be part of your day.
Do I really need a wedding coordinator if my venue has one?
Venue coordinators are there to manage the venue and its operations, while I am there specifically for you. I oversee your timeline, communicate with vendors, coordinate the rehearsal, manage wedding-day logistics, and ensure every detail of your vision comes together seamlessly so you can fully enjoy your celebration.
